3. Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal
Required for subscription compliance.

By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize TACA and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed each month to your selected payment method unless canceled.
Annual subscriptions are automatically billed each year to your selected payment method unless canceled.
Subscription billing is managed through TACA’s website and payment platform. TACA may update subscription pricing in the future. Members will receive advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.
Members will receive confirmation of their purchase and renewal terms via email.

When a subscription is canceled:
- Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- The subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy
All TACA Pathways membership fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise determined by TACA in its sole discretion. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
TACA may, on a case-by-case basis, choose to issue a partial or full refund under limited circumstances.
